Why Amazon Does Not Ship Health & Personal Care, Beauty,toys And Baby Products Worldwide?

Products like beauty and toys are not shipped worldwide why? Food items can be explained as they are perishable, but what about other non media products like toys, bags, beauty etc. Why it is not shipped globally?

    Different countries have different regulations, such as what can be used on/in a baby toy without warnings, what ingredients can be used in makeup, etc.
