It sounds like anxiety. Has anything changed recently? New cage, new food, new pet?

Well if a bird is always grooming herself it sometimes means that she is board, so I recomend that you get her flight feathers cut and you start to take her out of her cage every day, and also if my bird is board I take his cage outside on a really nice day and I keep a good eye on him os nothing eats him and then he will start to chirp and be really happy and they you won’t see him grooming ner self and also she will make some new friends in the wild, but whatever you do do not take your bird out of her cage outside! And to be sure if she is laying eggs take a piece of white paper and shread up as big as a quarter and pit the shreadings on the bottom of the cage and then she will arangs the way ahe wants and them if she is prengent then she will lay eggs but if she is not that you can just take out the shavings. I hope that I helped! Good luck! :)
