Can You Take A Baby Hippo To Petsmart To Get Groomed?

July 31st, 2009 by jennie

She’s 3 months old and needs to be bathed and groomed badly. Would they charge extra? I tried calling but could not get through.

  1. Turn on, Tune in, Drop out Says:

if its alive + is an animal I dont’ see why not. Just make sure that the trailer you put it in is hippo-safe + full of hay for it to eat + straw to collect that poop. PetSmart probably would charge extra because its an extremely exotic pet. : )

Do you actually own a hippo as a pet?
This is illegal, and since you’re saying she badly needs to bathed and groomed then you obviously aren’t meeting her care needs. What are you doing?
